Welcome to the hypertext exploring the Macrome.

This hypertext probes the macrome, an interdisciplinary phenomenon, and is largely concerned with the study of memetics. This theory is an extrapolation of genetics and combines the efforts of psychology, sociology, biology, linguistics, and anthropology. The macrome and its constituent components create an organizational basis for studying and understanding memory, cognition, and culture. Dividing the macrome reveals a hierarchal structure of organization: submacrome, menome, and meme. Unless directly corroborated with other studies, the articles provided here are theoretical.
